Year 4 – Rivers

This week in Year 4 we have researched all about rivers such as The River Nile. We independently researched and then created posters to give more information about rivers. We also presented some fun facts to the class, such as 'Did you know that the Huang He river is also known as the yellow river because the mud and silt mades it look yellow.'

Later this week, we became the teachers and created food chain games for the Year 2 to teach them a bit more about food chains.

We were also fortunate enough this week to take part in a national webinar with a published author. During or webinar we learnt how to write poems and had a go at making our own poems. We had a fun time!
