Year 2- Fox Class Forest School Autumn Term
Back to Latest News
During the autumn term, Fox Class enjoyed regular visits to Forest School at Duck Wood. The children loved exploring the woodland and observing the changing seasons, from falling leaves to cooler weather.
Through climbing and exploring, the children developed their balancing and coordination skills, challenging themselves in a safe and supportive environment. Their imaginations also flourished as they took part in role-play activities, creating stories and adventures inspired by the natural surroundings.
Alongside this, Badger Class learned about the woodland environment, discovering plants, wildlife and how to care for nature. Forest School provided a wonderful opportunity for hands-on learning, teamwork and building confidence outdoors.
