Year 2 - Continents

This week Year Two dove into learning about the seven contienents of the world.

We spent time exploring the atlas, tracing the locations of each continent and discovering the unique animals that live in each continent. From the penguins of Antarctica to the elephants of Africa. Each continent introduced us to fasticinating creatures.

We also spotted the flags of various countries, learning to recognise the symbols and colours. This journey around the world was an exciting way to begin understanding how diverse our planet is.
