Year 3 Printing in Art

This term we have been learning about different printing techniques in Art. 

We have used a block to create our own stamp, using a pencil we pressed down to make brick like patterns, as well as tile pattern so that later we can create an Anglo-Saxon building. 

Using a roller, we had to spread the paint evenly over our block to create an evenly coloured image, this was quite tricky and at times messy. Then we quickly pressed it on our sheet of paper.
