Year 1 NSPCC Mile

This week, Year 1 had a visit from the school nurses to talk to them about how we can practise dental hygiene to keep our teeth strong and healthy. Ask your child to tell you what they learned about looking after their teeth!

How often should we brush our teeth?

How much toothpaste should we use?

What foods should we avoid too much of?

Today was also NSPCC Mile Day. Year 1 children ran (and walked, at points) a mile in the Manor. They worked very hard to reach the finish line and highly enjoyed the time spent outside in the sun!
