WC 13/03/23 Author visit Natalie Newman

Year 2 had the opportunity of meeting the author Natalie Newman. She read her story 'Lark the Shark' and explained her proccess of creating stories and generating ideas.

Her story educates and makes people aware of water pollution as well as the bad image centered around sharks. The Years 2 were enthralled and curious about how she came up with the idea and were full of questions to ask her. 

We were also lucky enough to recieve a signed copy for each of our classrooms.
