Year 1 Paddington Visits

The children in Year 1 were delighted when they returned to school on Tuesday to find that Paddington had left behind his suitcase of belongings and a half-eaten marmalade sandwich, along with a letter addressed to Rabbit and Squirrel Class. He was so impressed with the hard work that Year 1 had put into creating maps of the school grounds, which were very useful when finding his way around. 

The children have also been working hard in Maths to consolidate their doubling facts using buttons and multi-link cubes to create the spots of a ladybird.
