Mary's Big Breakfast - Year 1, 5 & 6

Dear Parents/Carers,

During the week of 22^nd April, we plan to repeat the fundraiser for Cancer Research in memory of our Chair of Governors, Mary Ireland who passed away in January 2023. As Mary was a Science specialist and former Head teacher, we felt that Cancer Research UK would be the most appropriate charity to select in her name and last year we raised an amazing £670. This is now an annual fundraising event in her honour to help fight cancer, a cause many of us have been affected by in our family and amongst our friends.

Please come to breakfast at 8.30-9.15am on:

Tuesday 23rd April Year 1/Year 5/Year 6

Wednesday 24th April Reception and Year 3

Thursday 25^th April Year 2

Friday 26^th April Year 4

We are asking for a donation to Cancer Research UK of at least £2 per person.
